  • Active Account Data: Retained for the duration your account is active on dmd365 and for the required period following account closure for legal compliance purposes.
  • Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legal requirements.
  • KYC Documents: Retained for 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later, for regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Security Logs: Retained for 12 months to assist with security incident investigations where necessary.
  • Cookie & Analytics Data: Automatically deleted according to each cookie's expiry period as stated in Section 4.

Once the retention period expires, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you. Early deletion requests may be submitted to us; however, certain data may not be deletable if it is still required to fulfil legal obligations.
