Section 1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and dmd365 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dmd365 platform — whether through the website dmd365.onl or our official mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.

Section 3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at dmd365 at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all funds therein forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information provided at registration may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any associated winnings. dmd365 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all members before the first withdrawal is processed.

Required KYC Documents

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. DMD365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account if such access resulted from your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

Section 4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals will be processed upon successful KYC verification. Withdrawal funds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. A different withdrawal method is only permitted under specific circumstances and requires additional verification.

Section 5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Rules

• Each member may claim each bonus type once only unless otherwise stated

• DMD365 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected

The wagering requirement refers to the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that if you receive a RM100 bonus, you must place a total of RM3,000 in wagers before withdrawing your winnings. The specific terms of each promotion will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement.

DMD365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the DMD365 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players, or systematically using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

Section 6 Game Rules

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

To protect platform integrity and fairness for all members, DMD365 strictly prohibits any activity that could harm the platform or other members. Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and potential legal action.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Fraud or attempted fraud in any form
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform
• Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt the dmd365 technical infrastructure
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner contrary to the original intent of the offer
• Using a dmd365 account for commercial purposes without written authorisation

Section 8 Account Suspension & Closure

DMD365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe, or upon request by a relevant regulatory authority.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the DMD365 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any remaining funds in the account (after deduction of any bonus that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 10 working days.

Section 9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The dmd365 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". dmd365 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times; however, we cannot guarantee perfect continuous availability as maintenance work, system updates, or events beyond our control may occur from time to time.

DMD365 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. DMD365's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the DMD365 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. DMD365 makes no representation or guarantee that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Section 10 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

DMD365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notification or registered email at least 7 days before the effective date, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the dmd365 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms governing your use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by dmd365.
